The room was clean and the nearby cafes were great. the location was also convenient, with easy access to transport. I appreciated the light and airy room, which made the stay comfortable.
Cleanliness was an issue, especially with the couch and bathroom. the steep stairs made it difficult to carry up suitcases, so it's not recommended for the elderly.

The apartments are reasonably convenient, on the edge of the old town. It's a good half-hour walk to the Cathedral from here. They are reasonably spacious and we had a view over the street. Facilities quite good, including a toaster (no kettle, as normal) and even an iron (no board). Separate bedroom from the kitchen/lounge area.
Probably a bit overpriced. The dining table is too small to use. No washing machine and the closest laundromat is a bus ride away, so don't come here expecting to wash clothes. No internet in the apartment - have to go to the hotel for that. We used the undercover parking which is extremely difficult to get into. There was also a bad smell at times coming up the drain into the kitchen sink, and in the lobby downstairs.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely apartment on the top floor of a residential style building. The location was fantastic, with local cafes and bars nearby. The apartment had a huge outdoor area with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. The high powered aircon kept the place cool, and the desk staff at the nearby hotel were absolutely fantastic. They even helped us fix a puncture on our hire car. The little cafe-bar joined to the hotel was a great spot for delicious tapas and friendly service. The area was quiet at night, and I felt like a local being so close to the Alameda de Hercules and the Macarena Basilica. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Seville.

Beautiful studio with kitchenette. Nice location nearby center of Sevilla. Very friendly staff in the hotel nearby where you collect the key of this studio. Parking is possible in crowded city.
Unfortunately we found one cockroach in the bathroom during our stay. The studio was very clean so probably this was just an incident.

I absolutely loved the elegant decoration of the hotel. The beautiful artwork and tasteful furnishings made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The general areas were always immaculate and well-maintained, and the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. The children working there were always ready to assist me with any needs or questions I had, and they ensured that I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. It was truly a delightful experience.
If I could ask for one improvement for senior vacationers, it would be to have handrails installed in the hallways and staircases. This would provide additional support for older guests like myself, giving us extra confidence as we navigate the premises.

Great location, plenty of room, good kitchen
Very poor check-in instructions. We went to the address listed for the property and there was no office or representative to check in with. We went to a nearby hotel that in turn gave us directions to another hotel that handled the check-in. Also, this is the first time we have ever had to pay a security deposit (300euros) for an apartment.

Some late-night street noise from a nearby main route could disturb light sleepers.

Breathtaking Views: The living room of the apartment offers breathtaking views of the Giralda, making it truly magical.
Noisy: The need to keep windows open for air circulation resulted in a noisy environment, making it difficult to sleep.
